Airport to Doubletree Hotel

There are a variety of transportation options from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) to Westwood. Depending on traffic this can be a 15 minute to 1/2 hour ride. The Doubletree Hotel recommends the Super Shuttle [310-782-6600] www.supershuttle.com. Reservations are required and it is $21.00 per person / each way. A taxi ride is about $37.00 regardless of number of passengers. The Hotel has two Towncars for $42.00 each way (by pre-arrangement).

Doubletree Hotel to UCLA

Conference participants (only) will be shuttled from the Doubletree hotel to the UCLA campus (5 - minute ride) on Saturday morning, and returned to the hotel at the end of panel sessions.

Doubletree Hotel to Music and Dance Workshops at St. Alban's

Shuttle service will be provided from the Doubletree Hotel to St. Alban's Church (across from UCLA) for the Thursday and Friday afternoon workshops for AIHA conference participants. The Saturday workshop is within walking distance from UCLA, where the Saturday sessions will be taking place. Shuttle service from St. Alban's to Doubletree will be provided for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday workshops. If you are driving, free parking in the St. Alban's parking lot, or across the street in the UCLA parking lot, will be available. Check in at St. Alban's first for parking permit.
